For example we recently consulted with a Construction business who were looking for ways of improving their retention of skilled and unskilled labour.
Following some quality research engagement with all the relevant stakeholders we managed to adopt multiple strategies with the existing labour force and Management team. We implemented a revised incentive structure and rolled out fresh engagement with outside stakeholders.
This culminated in a rise to retention levels of 10% plus bottom line savings on existing spend categories including, agency and sub-contract spend.
