Person-Centred Support

Your home. Your routine. Your choices.

We recognise that everyone has different needs, preferences and routines. Our approach is based around the person receiving support, respecting dignity, privacy, independence and choice. Depending upon the individual's assessed needs and the services agreed, support may include:

Personal Support

Appropriate assistance with everyday personal routines while maintaining dignity and independence.

Meal Preparation

Practical assistance preparing meals and organising food within the home.

Household Tasks

Help with appropriate light household activities such as laundry, washing up and keeping everyday living areas organised.

Companionship

Friendly conversation and social interaction to reduce isolation and support wellbeing.

Shopping & Everyday Tasks

Practical assistance with shopping and other agreed everyday activities.

Medication Support

Appropriate medication prompting or assistance where this forms part of an agreed care and support arrangement and can be provided safely.

Home support can also be combined with our Digital Support service.

CQC Regulated Service

Live-in Care

For people who need more continuous support, live-in care provides a dedicated carer based in your own home, offering companionship and practical assistance around the clock, while helping you stay in the surroundings you know and value most.

Live-in care is arranged around your assessed needs, routines and preferences, with the same commitment to dignity, privacy and independence that runs through all of our home support.

  • A consistent, familiar carer living in your home
  • Support available beyond scheduled visits
  • Personal care, household support and companionship combined
  • An alternative to moving into residential care

Is live-in care right for you?

Live-in care tends to suit people who value staying in their own home but need more support than scheduled visits can provide, often following a change in health, a hospital discharge, or as needs increase over time.

As with all of our regulated activities, live-in care is arranged following a proper assessment of need, so we can confirm it's the right fit before support begins.

Ask us for details of how live-in care works day to day, including how carers are matched, supported and covered during time off.

Our Approach

Independence wherever possible

Good support should help people maintain their abilities and independence. We therefore encourage people to remain involved in everyday activities wherever they can safely do so.

A little support, on your terms.

Whether it's personal care, help around the home, or full live-in support, we'll start with a conversation about what you need.
